Glooip is designed for fast and easy integration with web-based systems. For instance, a provider of a web-based ERP system can, with a very small technical effort, offer communication features as an integrated part of the system. Without leaving the familiar ERP system, a user can chat with, or call to, other users, and they are already neatly prepopulated in the system contact list - no need to create a separate individual contact list in a stand-alone communication tool.
The fast and easy integration is achieved thanks to the deliberate choice of open interfaces in the Glooip architecture.
